Bulk Orders and Individual Cuts
All-natural, grass-fed beef.
Hereford/Angus/Simmental cross breeding with excellent marbling. Big Boy, our bull, is out of Jack Filipowski’s registered polled Hereford stock at Fern Ridge Ranch. We grain-finish our beef the final month with natural grains sourced from Wood’s Hay & Grain.
We follow organic practices but our beef is not certified organic.
Bulk Orders
Cut and wrap is provided by Wood’s Meat Processing. Bulk orders fill up fast and are processed November-December every year. Please call by early summer to get on our list!

Packaging:
Meat is frozen and packaged per item with labels according to cut.
